Mobile ceramic membrane filtration equipment
Outline
The mobile ceramic membrane filtration equipment is a water-purification unit with all major components mounted on a 4-ton truck. It uses a long- lasting high performance ceramic membrane, and it can be used for water purification even in raw water with high turbidity and severe turbidity fluctuation. By installing the system on a truck, it can quickly travel to disaster-stricken areas and treat water where necessary. It is also ideal for use in areas overseas where there is a low supply of water, and in rural villages spread out over a large area where it is difficult to construct and maintain water treatment plants.
Features
Safety and security
- pore size 0. 1 μm membrane removes Cryptosporidium and other protozoa, E. coli and other bacteria
- Using ceramic membranes without membrane breakage, it can supply water with a stable quality and quantity even in situations with high turbidity and raw water.
Anytime, anywhere
- The 4-ton truck is installed with generators and all other devices necessary for water purification, making it possible to operate (purify) in places without power.
Easy operation and maintenance
- Easy operation due to simple components configuration.
- Long term storage without chemicals
