Mobile ceramic membrane filtration equipment

Outline

The mobile ceramic membrane filtration equipment is a water-purification unit with all major components mounted on a 4-ton truck. It uses a long- lasting high performance ceramic membrane, and it can be used for water purification even in raw water with high turbidity and severe turbidity fluctuation. By installing the system on a truck, it can quickly travel to disaster-stricken areas and treat water where necessary. It is also ideal for use in areas overseas where there is a low supply of water, and in rural villages spread out over a large area where it is difficult to construct and maintain water treatment plants.

Features

Safety and security

  • pore size 0. 1 μm membrane removes Cryptosporidium and other protozoa, E. coli and other bacteria
  • Using ceramic membranes without membrane breakage, it can supply water with a stable quality and quantity even in situations with high turbidity and raw water.

Anytime, anywhere

  • The 4-ton truck is installed with generators and all other devices necessary for water purification, making it possible to operate (purify) in places without power.

Easy operation and maintenance

  • Easy operation due to simple components configuration.
  • Long term storage without chemicals

Other Types

Emergency water purification unit (mountable on helicopters, vehicles, etc.)

This is an emergency water purification unit that further downsizes. It can supply safe and reliable water to areas where tap water has been cut off due to disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, by using appropriate water sources such as river water and pool water. The unit can be used in various areas, even in remote islands or where vehicle access is impossible, as it can be transported by helicopters.
