Container package ceramic mobile (CPCM)

Outline

The business environment is changing from moment to moment. Problems such as the aging of facilities, revenue shortages and shortages of engineers, are expected to become increasingly evident. To provide safe and secure water to all people in the future, we are providing compactly packaged ceramic membrane filtration equipment through a lease-based system. Please consider using this equipment in various capacities as a method to solve problems such as those related to water treatment plant renovation.

Inside
Built-in container allows for transportation by truck in an emergency

Features

Space saving

It can be installed in a more space-saving way than conventional ceramic membrane filtration equipment. (The installation area is about 10 m2.)

Adoption of a lease-based system

It can be used according to the required period thanks to provision taking place within a lease-based system, making budget leveling possible.

Secure maintenance service

Maintenance service is included in the contract, allowing users to feel secure.

Easy relocation

It can be transferred by truck in an emergency (such as a disaster) thanks to the compact design.

Usage situations

(1) Small-size water treatment plants
(2) Makeshift equipment
(3) Downsizing
(4) Life extension
(5) Peak shaving
(6) Measure against disasters

Expanding possibilities

Realization of sustainable infrastructure across municipalities and countries

Maximum utilization of a long-life ceramic membrane

Our ceramic membrane is very rugged and can be used for 20 years or more. Even if the replacement time has come after delivery to a water utility organization, the life of the ceramic membrane itself has not ended, so it can be used continuously.

Relocation by packaging water treatment facilities

Just as we see railroad vehicles formerly used in Tokyo now being used actively in emerging countries, we will promote our way of creating new water infrastructure by packaging and relocating water treatment facilities, which constitute social infrastructure.

Aiming at the realization of sustainable infrastructure

It becomes possible to realize sustainable infrastructure across municipalities and countries (which leads to social contributions), by using packaged water treatment facilities in mid-sized and large cities for a certain period and then inexpensively providing them to small local governments and emerging countries that are concerned about revenue shortages.

Contributing to sustainable societies

As a leading company when it comes to water and environmental infrastructure, METAWATER will contribute to the promotion of the SDGs through products and services such as CPCM.

Specifications and amount of water treatment

Model Composition of membrane filtration equipment Number of ceramic membranes Amount of water treatment (water supply population)
CPCM2 1 element × 2 modules 2 About 90 to 160 m3/day (300 to 500 people)*
CPCM4 2 elements × 2 modules 4 About 190 to 330 m3/day (600 to 1,100 people)*
CPCM8 4 elements × 2 modules 8 About 380 to 670 m3/day (1,200 to 2,200 people)*

*Calculated on the assumption that the amount of water required per person per day is 300 liters
