An eco-friendly approach which uses the oxidation power of ozone, a substance widely present in nature, has been used for many years to support our daily lives in the field of water and air treatment.

When it comes to the efficient generation of ozone by means of silent discharge, the dimensional accuracy of the discharge parts on the electrodes and efficient cooling of the ozone generation tube are important. METAWATER’s ozone generation tube boasts excellent dimensional accuracy and is constructed to offer a high level of cooling effects. Owing to the construction, it achieves high efficiency in the generation of ozone.

A highly reliable ozone generation system is delivered through the combination of an ozone generation tube with low risk of breakage and inverter power technology that is highly acclaimed in both the domestic and international markets.
Measure against higher harmonic waves
A PWM converter is made available as an option that makes the power factor of approximately 1 so as to realize a power source that is free from higher harmonics.

Made-from-air type
Features
Since oxygen in the air is used to generate ozone, air becomes raw material for generating ozone only by eliminating the unnecessary moisture contained in the air. This type is widely used as a basic method of ozone generation.
Made-from-oxygen type
Features
Using oxygen gas makes it possible to generate ozone more efficiently (higher in concentration) than with the made-from-air type. This increases the oxidation power (higher reaction efficiency) of ozone. Additionally, the equipment is made smaller in size because the amount of gas necessary for ozone generation is smaller.
