Emergency power source systems

In any case of emergency, stable and uninterrupted supply of power is indispensable for the consistent operation of the facility.

METAWATER offers related engineering services by selecting an emergency power source that is best suited for the customer’s facility in consideration of various conditions, such as the capacity, engine and startup method. We help improve disaster-prevention measures by securing a power source for lifelines serving to support social infrastructure.

We offer power supply systems (uninterruptible power supply systems, DC power supply systems) for the supply of power consistently and securely to the control systems and information processing systems that cannot afford any instantaneous power interruptions.

Environment-compatible switch gear

Features

It is a 24 kV environment-compatible gas insulation switch gear that realizes space saving (55% in volume as compared with conventional type) without using SF6 gas. While maintaining performance at the conventional level, it achieves increased maintainability and a reduction of environmental impacts.

METAWATER will continue to supply eco-friendly power receiving and transforming equipment.

  • Preservation of global environment
    It does not use any SF6 gas, which has a global warming effect that is 23,900 times higher than CO2.
  • Space saving
    Space saving (55% in volume as compared with conventional type) is realized by means of design that deploys the combined technologies of dry air insulation and solid insulation.
  • High maintainability
    Maintenance and inspection are made easier since the usage of T-shape cable terminals mean that withstand voltage tests can be performed without gas treatment.
