Fine-bubble type air diffusion system (specs available for highly integrated configurations)

Outline

The fine-bubble type air diffusion system (specs available for highly integrated configurations) is a new type of air diffusion system which achieves energy saving, space saving and high levels of flow-dynamic properties in a tank by means of reducing the power spent on operations as a result of enhanced oxygen transfer efficiency and a highly efficient configuration achieved through the downsizing of components.

Features

Improved oxygen transfer efficiency

The oxygen transfer efficiency was improved by means of an increase in the aeration area, which was achieved through the high-density arrangement of air diffusion plates.

High-density arrangement of air diffusion plate holders

By eliminating dead space on the projected area, it was made possible to arrange the components for effectively within a flat space.

Increased area for effective bubble generation on air diffusion plates

Air-tight parts, or fillers, around the air diffusion plates were eliminated to increase the area used for effective bubble generation.

Improved in-tank flow dynamics

The bottom of the air diffusion plate holder was made semi-spherical to improve the flow dynamics in the tank and to make the carrier flow more smoothly.
