Ceremony Offering Prayers for Safety Held for the Takahashi Water Treatment Plant Construction Project (Tentative) in Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture
METAWATER Co., Ltd. (President: Yasushi Nakamura; Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku Tokyo; hereinafter "METAWATER") is pleased to announce that a ceremony offering prayers for safety was held on November 28, 2018 for construction work of the Takahashi Water Treatment Plant Construction Project (tentative) (hereinafter "Project"), for which a corporate group (METAWATER, Shikokutsuken Co., Ltd., Nihon Suido Consultants Co., Ltd., METAWATER SERVICE Co., Ltd., Kyusetsuaqua Co., Ltd.) with METAWATER acting as a representative company received an order from Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture.
Approximately fifty persons attended the ceremony, including Mr. Ryoji Kan, Mayor of Imabari City, and Mr. Yutaka Ochi, President of City Council of Imabari.
In addition to providing stable supplies of safe, high-quality water, the Project is designed to construct a facility that functions as a disaster prevention base and a key water treatment plant from the perspectives of reducing LCC and enhancing business efficiency to support sustainable management of the water supply business. Imabari City upholds the concepts of a safe and secure water supply, a disaster-resistant and resilient water supply, and a sustainable water supply. METAWATER Group, using the results of its extensive business track record as a representative of the private sector, will strive to secure a sustainable water supply, while enhancing and maintaining the public services of Imabari City
