The series of leaf spring diffusers integrates our unique stainless-steel leaf springs.
The air breakup effect of the vibrating leaf spring ensures high oxygen absorption efficiency,and achieves an ideal aeration tank agitation effect.
Its unique structure prevents clogging from occurring,allowing several years of maintenance-free operation and hence saving maintenance costs.
Since no ciogging occurs,the leaf spring difuser can be used maintenance-free for an extended period, stably maintaining the initial level of effency.
The leaf spring automatically balances the flexible spring force and the air bag pressure to determine the opening of the outlet, thus covering a vast airflow range. If the airflow increases, the distortion of the leaf spring follows suit, and the automatic adjustment function is activated, with the size of the opening automatically selected based on the flow rate to attain a balance.
In addition, unlike diffusers of other types, its pressure decrease characteristics shown below, along with the characteristics described above, allow automatic balancing of the entire diffuser system without the use of additional devices such as an orifice.
Since the leaf spring diffuser has a wide discharge port, no clogging occurs, unlike other porous-type diffusers, eliminating the need for an air filter, which is a major advantage of the leaf spring diffuser.
The series of leaf spring diffusers consistently achieves stably oxygen absorption efficiency under all conditions.
Air bubblees are broken down into minute optimally-sized bubbles at the outlet thanks to the vibration of the leaf spring, which ensures an absorption efficiency of approximately 9.0%.
When airflow for aeration is stopped, the leaf spring automatically functions as a check valve to prevent the backflow of wastewater into the diffuser and piping systems.
The vibration of the leaf spring prevents solid matter from accumulating (self-cleaning function), hence clogging can be prevented.
The leaf spring mounted facing downward creates an air screen around the diffuser, thus preventing fibrous substances from becoming entangled.
Type 1 is an impact and heat-resistant diffuser made of resin and equipped with a leaf spring.
The airflow rate of type 1,which is equipped with a connection port for a 3/4 B pipe female screw, is 110 to 340 L/min.
Type 1 is mainly used for small-scale aeration systems and as a replacement for other types of diffusers.

Type 3, structured to allow three leaf springs to be mounted to the main unit consisting of 40-mm square stainless steel pipes, has an airflow rate of 170 to 1,700 L/min.
Type 3, with connection ports equipped with 3/4 B female or 1B male screws, can be used for various aeration systems.



Tyep 6, a stainless steel diffuser equipped with 6 leaf springs,has an airflow rate of 340 to 3,400 L/min.
Connetion is made using 4 bolts at the center of the flange.
Type 6 (1,800-mm long), which creates wide-band aeration patterns, is designed to be mounted to an air header installed on the floor of the aeration tank, whereas type 6 (1,500-mm long) is designed to be mounted to a drop pipe.
