METAWATER accepts an order to provide long-term comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the Moriyama City Environment Center
METAWATER Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan; President: Tomoyasu Kida; hereinafter referred to as "METAWATER") is pleased to announce that it has accepted an order from Moriyama City, Shiga Prefecture, to provide long-term (six years) comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the city's Environment Center. As part of the process, METAWATER signed a consignment agreement on March 30, 2015.
The project is designed to ensure safe, secure, stable, and sanitary waste treatment through the provision of long-term (six years) comprehensive operation and maintenance services to the Moriyama City Environment Center, which was launched in 1985 and thus is becoming a serious concern as it ages. Under the project, METAWATER will (1) facilitate appropriate operation balancing maintenance and repair, (2) secure a framework capable of responding to unexpected breakdowns, and (3) carry out scheduled repair according to the current situation.
METAWATER has responded to various customer needs including recycling and extension of the life of facilities by providing total solutions from construction to operation of waste treatment facilities. METAWATER will strive to ensure a stable and appropriate treatment of waste products by leveraging its extensive experience and expertise as well as bringing out the maximum performance of the facilities.
