Three sets of values
We call our shared value "META-ISM." This word is comprised of three concepts: "Innovation (reform oneself)," "Challenge (keep motivated to tackle challenges)" and "Diversity (approve each other)." This shows our standpoint of supporting individuals who have a challenging sprit, being motivated to reform the situation. We are committed to creating an organization where a synergy between diverse individuals is produced.
